The Cooperstown Village Court Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Regular Court is generally held on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm
The District Attorney is scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 2:00 pm

If you need to pay a fine between the hours the office is closed, a drop box is provided for your convenience. If you wish a receipt, please include a self-addresses stamped envelope.
Cooperstown Village Court does not handle matters set for the County Court or Family Court.
