The Board of Trustees of the Village of Cooperstown will hold their regular meeting and
two public hearings via video-conferencing through Zoom and will live stream to the
Village of Cooperstown’s YouTube channel on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 6:30 PM (start
of regular meeting) and 7:00 p.m. (start of public hearings) or as soon thereafter as can be
heard for the purpose of hearing public comment on proposed Local Law No.3 of 2020
change of commercial zone to residential zone for one property on Walnut Street and two
portions of two separate properties on Linden Avenue, held over from March 27, 2020
and Proposed Local Law No. 4 of 2020 – amend parking regulations for Walnut Street
The public can view the meeting at the Village’s YouTube channel [Cooperstown Village
Hall]  or by clicking on the YouTube link for the meeting on the Village’s
website at .

Public Hearings.
Due to “stay at home” orders and Executive Order 202.1 regarding suspension of Open
Meetings Law issued by the Governor, comments regarding the public hearings are to be
either mailed to the Village Administrator, 22 Main Street, PO Box 346, Cooperstown,
NY 13326 or emailed to Teri Barown, Village Administrator at to be received no later than 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27,
