Due to Executive Order No. 202.13 issued by Governor Cuomo today March 30, 2020, Village
Elections throughout the State including the Village of Cooperstown election originally
postponed until April 28, have once again been postponed until at least June 1, and as stated in
the order are “subject to further directive as to the timing, location or manner of voting for such

are clarified.
Due to closure of the Village Office through April 15, 2020 except by appointment, absentee
ballot applications can be downloaded by clicking on the link on the home page for “Absentee
Ballot Application” or by calling the office at 547-2411 to request an application be mailed.
Positions up for election this year are Mayor (2 year term) and two Village Trustee positions (3
year term each).
