The Village of Cooperstown is beginning a Heat Pump Campaign. If you plan to install or have installed a heat pump since October 2, 2024, we want to know. Reach out to: village@coopertsownny.org

Incentives, such as rebates, Inflation Reduction Act tax credits, and financing, are available to help cover the cost of energy upgrades including heat pumps. For more information go to: https://www.nyserda.ny.gov/All-Programs/Inflation-Reduction-Act. Many Village homeowners may also qualify for Historic Homeowners Tax Credits, and Otsego 2000 can help with the paperwork.
