NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting for the Village of
Cooperstown and the following public hearings in the Village Office Building, 22 Main Street,
Cooperstown, New York originally scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as can be heard have been postponed until May 5, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as can be heard:

46 Lake Street – Applicant seeks
 a zoning variance from Section 300-11C(3)(a) Front Yard Setback requirement of 35 feet
for the installation of two stone pillars at east entry

78 Chestnut Street – Applicant seeks a one (1) bedroom Short Term Rental special permit per
Section 300-17.1B.
The plans for these projects are on file with the Village Clerk’s Office at the Village Office, 22
Main Street, Cooperstown, New York, and may be seen during regular office hours, Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. currently by appointment.
