NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cooperstown and the
Town of Otsego Board will hold the following informational session at the Cooperstown Central
School, High School Cafeteria, 39 Linden Avenue, Cooperstown, New York on Wednesday,
March 22 nd , 2023 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., to discuss the following:
Village of Cooperstown Southern Boundary Extension/Annexation- Properties to be
considered are all non-inhabited and tax exempt. Property owners include the County of
Otsego [131.00-1-25.00]; Village of Cooperstown [131.-1-20.00 Hwy Dept; 131.00-1-18.00
Blue Lot; Linden Avenue from Blue Lot to NYS Route 28, no known tax number] and
Susquehanna Railway [131.00-1-13.00 – section from Village line to southern end of Blue
Lot].
The public is welcome to attend and will have the opportunity to ask questions.
